Datuk Goh Boon Keng

Datuk Goh retired from the Royal Malaysia Police force in November 2020 with the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) after donning the uniform for 34 years.

He joined the force in April 1987 and has served in the Johor, Kuala Lumpur and Perak Contingents as well as the Police College and Inspector General of Police’s Secretariat.

The experience and expertise he has acquired throughout his police career include criminal investigation, commercial crime investigation, legal and prosecution, research, training, international relations and management.

Datuk Goh's last post was the Deputy Chief Police Officer of Perak State and was the Acting State Police Chief until he retired.

Academically he holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Statistics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, as well as a Master of Criminal Justice degree from Universiti Malaya.

Just like many Malaysians, Datuk Goh Boon Keng is multilingual – conversant in the Malay, English and Chinese languages plus the Hokkien and Cantonese dialects.

In 2017 he was bestowed with the Darjah Pangkuan Seri Melaka (DPSM) award by the Melaka Governor which carries the ‘Datuk’ title.

Ms Peggy is an ex-banker with extensive working experience in both Malaysia and Singapore.

In addition, she is a licensed Financial Advisor under the Representative Notification Framework (RNF) regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as well as in Malaysia.

Over the years she has built and still maintains strong relationships with high net-worth clients in Malaysia, Singapore and North Asia.

She offers financial advices by understanding clients’ financial needs, provides personalized advice, recommends banking products and services that align with the clients’ financial goals and risk tolerance to ensure client satisfaction. This may include investment products, loans, insurance, and other banking services.

Ms Peggy provides strong customer service aligned with the organization including addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Overall, she helps clients with holistic wealth planning and offers them a range of financing options tailored to their financial situation.

Ms Peggy is multilingual with proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, Hokkien, Cantonese and Hakka. Ms Peggy is certified in Level 6 Chinese Language Proficiency (HSK) and Advanced HSKK Speaking certification both issued by Confucius Institute Headquarters.
